- Fixed Deposit Advisory: Advisory and facilitation of Corporate and NBFC
Fixed Deposit investments
- Insurance Advisory: Distribution of life, health, and general insurance
products through IRDAI-registered intermediaries
- Physical to Demat: Advisory and facilitation for dematerialisation of
physical share certificates through SEBI-registered Depository Participants
AKMAY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior

User Eligibility

Transaction Terms
Pre-IPO & Unlisted Shares
- All quoted prices are indicative. Final transaction price is confirmed at the time of
booking
- Payment must be made via RTGS/NEFT/IMPS only. Cash transactions are strictly not accepted
- Shares will be credited to your Demat account within T+2 working days after payment
realisation
- AKMAY does not guarantee liquidity or a minimum return on any unlisted security
- Once a transaction is confirmed and funds transferred, cancellation is at AKMAY's discretion
Mutual Funds
- Mutual fund transactions are processed at applicable NAV as per SEBI regulations
- Cut-off timings for same-day NAV applicability are as per the scheme's offer document
- AKMAY earns distributor commission from AMCs on regular plan investments. Direct plan
investments involve no commission
Fees & Charges
AKMAY Enterprise LLP's fee structure is as follows:
- Advisory Fee: Charged on case-by-case basis, disclosed upfront before any
transaction
- Mutual Fund Distribution: Trail commission earned from AMC; disclosed in
accordance with AMFI guidelines
- Insurance Distribution: Commission paid by insurer; disclosed as per IRDAI
norms
- Physical to Demat: Advisory fee plus DP processing charges (₹25–₹50 per
certificate plus taxes)
All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. AKMAY reserves the right to
revise its fee structure with reasonable prior notice.
Intellectual Property

arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through
good-faith negotiation.
If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
For regulatory disputes related to securities transactions, you may also approach SEBI's SCORES
(SEBI Complaint Redressal System) or the relevant stock exchange's investor grievance cell.
Termination
AKMAY reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or
without cause, including for violation of these Terms, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or
fraudulent activity. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to
